@mwest2b they have 24hrs to respond, there is a section you can click under the news feed that says offers. if you go there you can see all offers sent or received. Once someone declines a offer you can't send another so always counter offer even if you stay at the same bottom line price.

@9saratogasal I've never had a problem with getting orders on time and if not just one out two days. The only time was with another person and it took so long it was within the guidelines to cancel and I got my money back.
