Hi! I'm Mari. A mom of two, who are on their own. Married for 32 years to my high school sweetheart. I am 52, thanks to some great genes, mindful eating & exercise, I’m looking & feeling great! My eating philosophy is you can eat anything, in moderation, BUT make food from scratch, limit prepared food. Fruit is good, for you, eat it! Fad diets, eliminating foods from your diet, starving yourself does not work! I love working out, running, walking, hiking anything outdoors in the beautiful PNW.
