fionanary Hi. About your order - I have never actually worn that dress, and would therefore not have a reason to put it in the dryer. That is simply the material/style of the dress. I’m sorry that you are unhappy with it, but that is how it came when I first purchased it. If you’d like, I can send you pictures of the dress directly from the site I bought it so you can see for yourself.

fionanary The dress is from Princess Polly and is called “Company Fir One Wrap Dress”. If you look at the material, you will see that, yes, it does naturally have that “shrunken dryer look” to it, but that’s just the style.

mconksmash @fionanary I know what you mean about the texture of the fabric however even the lining is scrunched up and clearly isn’t supposed to be. I can clearly see the fabric in the pictures from the post and I know that the fabric is textured but it looks different it person. It definitely looks as though it has been dried on high heat and is misshapen. The tag on the dress even says to only was cold and not to put in a dryer.

mconksmash The lining of the dress (which is not textured) would not get scrunched up if the dress had not been put in the dryer. Also, your listing said that the dress had been worn once so I’m not sure why you are being inconsistent about that.

fionanary @mconksmash Worn once, meaning for the photo. I’m not entirely sure what you mean regarding the seams. Also, not entirely sure why you’d expect excellent quality from a site like Princess Polly. In my experience, their clothing hasn’t been great in terms of quality. After all, It’s a $30 dress. I’m sorry you’re disappointed with it.

fionanary @mconksmash But like I said, it’s never been in the dryer. If you were that concerned about the quality of the garment, perhaps asking for more photos beforehand would have been a good idea, rather than complaining afterwards, blaming the seller for something unfounded and odd.
