purplerainstore sorry for the USPS delay. I'm hearing on the news there are major issues with the mail hubs in your state & a few others as well. It's very dishonest of USPS to use "weather delay," in their tracking info for their staffing issues!

purplerainstore @northeastlake Hi, did PM give you a refund on the shoes? For reason they went in & marked them delivered on 02 10 25? Even though USPS tracking doesn't show that. I've not been paid for them yet either.

purplerainstore NVM, now PM switched it to resolved & stated they refunded you, plus they paid me. So sorry USPS lost your package! So aggravating! USPS has also lost some very large orders of mine in the last month & this month that I've purchased online for myself. So, I'm now dealing with trying to get refunds myself! Something needs to be done with all the issues USPS is having! Again so very sorry!

northeastlake @purplerainstore Thank you. Yes, they refunded my money. I contacted them after I saw that it had been marked "delivered" when I hadn't received it, and they got back with me right away. Thank you for your efforts, and I hope you can get your own situations worked out.
