addyourtouch Hi, I’m very disappointed in your rating. I have all 5 star ratings except two 4 stars until now. I gave yiu an outstanding deal on this gorgeous formal dress. I am very sorry it took so long to get your purchase shipped. I wrote you twice about it. Something was wrong with my email and couldn’t access your shipping label. My computer isn’t compatible to my printer so I have to travel 36 mike round trip to print labels.

addyourtouch I ran out of room to complete post. My printer isn’t compatible to my printer so I have to travel to print. I’ve been trying to tie up loose ends before starting an isolation before traveling to see high risk family members. I would very much appreciate if you would reconsider your rating.

pearlyllama @addyourtouch it took you days to notify me, hence the lack of stars. Also, sizing was way off, listing said size two, and I know it was a guess, but the dress is not a size two by any stretch

addyourtouch @pearlyllama I apologize, I had no way to know other than listing the pit to pit. I wear 4 and it was too small for me. As I said, I was frantically trying to tie up loose ends and don’t have the luxury of a printer at the moment. Just donated my $400 one this week bc its incompatible. I feel sure you can resell it for 2-3x that. I needed to reduce my inventory before leaving so sacrificed it.

addyourtouch Just one more thing. I wrote posh twice asking for help and or advice on what to do. In my last email, I asked if I could hand write a label and I was going to pay for shipping out of pocket so yours and other purchases would not be delayed any longer. They must be backed up with questions because of Covid but I eventually got shoe one to help me get them printed after first trying the library, then Staples, and then the library again. I’m sorry I didn’t keep you more informed.
