wanderlusttribe Hey Maria, I wish you would have contacted me directly. The item was shipped in Poshmark standard time as for the rip can you send me a photo of it and I'll send a replacement. I haven't had any problems in the past with this item and it was brand new still in original packaging so I'm very surprised to hear this.
