lkm416 @mariawalker You will need to contact Poshmark customer service.They will probably ask why you 'accepted' a purchase before filing for a return.For the future,Poshmark protects it's buyer by allowing them to inspect the item before releasing the money to the seller.If you are unsatisfied, they will send you a return label free of charge and provide a full refund. This also protects the seller from a bad reveiw.I would have never sold the sweater had I found a hole.

mariawalker @lkm416 ok. Sorry about that. I never accepted the order. I was out of town. Poshmark automatically accepts the sale if you don’t respond in a certain amount of time. I have no interest in damaging your rating. I’m sorry about that. The sweater had a hole, looks like it was shrunk and wreaked of perfume.
