I'm sorry! I shipped your item the same day- I hand my packages to my mail carrier. maybe contact poshmark to see if you can request a return once you receive it? I'm sorry I wish poshmark had a better inbox/messaging format for sellers and buyers to communicate

@thriftymoda OK thank you for the information but I contacted you within hours of purchasing the item (in the late afternoon/early evening). f you mailed this order on Saturday evening, why isn’t it tracking? You do not have it marked as shipped and it is not tracking. I make hundreds of purchases on Poshmark and I’ve never had someone not recieve messages. This doesn’t make any sense to me. I feel like you have ignored me and given me false information.

So my point is, it could’ve been a quick fix just to cancel it since I had a problem.

@jchristie60 I hand my packages to my carrier- they don't track immediately like they would if dropped off at the post office. I was not ignoring you- after fees i would've made $4 on your purchase, do you honestly think I would lie to try and make $4???

@jchristie60 I don't appreciate you insinuating this about me and trying to make me accountable for your decisions. If you have in fact made hundreds of purchases on poshmark you should know sending an offer is binding and those sales are considered final. My point is the easier solution would've been to not send me an offer for an item you weren't sure you wanted.

@thriftymoda Sometimes buyers read listings incorrectly and mistaken them as something else which is what happened in my case. It was a $7 item so it was not too much to ask to cancel the item. I contacted you rather immediately after purchase politely explaining my situation asking for a cancellation. In fact, I contacted Poshmark first and **Poshmark suggested** that I email you and ask for a cancellation. They suggested that!! So I followed Poshmark’s advice.

@thriftymoda . You decided to completely ignore my messages until I commented here. It’s one thing to be difficult and unhelpful to your buyers and it’s a whole other thing to completely ignore them. People make mistakes and customer service matters when you’re selling and when customers might have a problem and need assistance. So…Why isn’t the item marked shipped and why isn’t it tracking?

@jchristie60 I do strive for great customer service which is why I ship as soon as possible whenever I can. I responded to you as soon as I saw your message. I can't cancel the sale because the item has shipped- I don't have it in my possession. I don't manually mark my packages as shipped because as soon as they start tracking the buyer gets an email. I'm sure you'll receive one soon

@jchristie60 I find it very telling that you expect grace and understanding for mistakenly purchasing an item but refuse to give grace and understanding that I didn't see your message before shipping. if I could cancel I would!
