mel008 @lupieduh that's correct, it is usually final, but the seller can cancel if the item is damaged or missing, etc. I haven't had to cancel a sale before and I apologize for that. I had it listed on another selling app as well for exposure and usually it is not an issue. I hope it doesn't turn you off Posh. :)
