items_of_plenty @luckeelady25 hi there I am currently submitting photos and a dispute as when I put in the boots for the first time the leather strap popped off and would have to be professionally sewn back on (not sure what that would run or if it would even resolve the strap issue :( not sure the age of the boots but was wondering if it was a dry rot situation or what! I do not blame you at all, it’s just an unfortunate situation!

luckeelady25 @items_of_plenty thats unfortunate but those tabs aren’t meant to yank on. It’s past time to even initiate a return. We’ll see what Poshmark says but if they approved the return that is not the condition I sent them in.
