datcatbrat @mihubarri Ugh! No need. I totally believe you. It must have happened in shipping. Is there anything I can do for you? Do you want me to file a claim that it was damaged in shipment? I feel so bad. This has never happened before.

mihubarri @datcatbrat thanks, the damage was not caused during shipment. The damage is in the areas where you pull the strings to close the bag. It is most likely caused from use.

datcatbrat @mihubarri that’s so weird. They were never used. Maybe from being stored for too long. Would you like to send them back? I wouldn’t want you to pay for something that you are not happy with. How in the world did I miss that? So sorry. I need glasses.
