@angelaclaire1 the creed patch is the patch inside the purse that has the serial number. The hang tag is the tag that dangels on the outside that says "coach." If you look at your 3rd picture, you can see it at the top.

@ria824 Hi Maria - thanks so much for your order! I'll be shipping the bags today - just a warning, be careful opening the box with sharp objects. I left a little "tab" in the tape to make it easier to pull open. There is packing material, but the bags were a tight fit to the box so I'd hate for anything to happen to them before you get a chance to enjoy them!
