Hi, my name is Maria and I began Marimomoe in 2008. SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS was the inspiration to start our modest little shop where we could find new homes for our well "loved" items with a genuine care and kindness of spirit you most certainly won’t find at the mall. The clothing you'll find at Marimomoe is in new, like new or lovingly used. Our items are pristine and of the same quality we would gift to our family or dear friends...you can be confident in our merchandise! mouser1001 Hello! Thank you so much for your kind and fair offer on the gorgeous MUXO Queen of Sea bag. It’s so incredibly stunning it’s a super hard one to let go but I know, I just can’t use it and take a chance of ruining it as I have dedicated my life to helping homeless animals. The food and supplies are getting low, so this will be right on time. I’m not the type to do a go fund me and all that jazz. Thank you again and I would send tomorrow but prezs day so first thing Tuesday I will send it out.

dleegoodman Hey Maria, I didn’t intentionally mislead about the Galaxy Plate. I wasn’t aware of “ crazing or cracking”. The plate obviously is not new. I’m sorry you are unhappy. Feel free to return it, but rest assured to imply that I intentionally deceived you is not the case.

You have been so responsive but to be honest it is a greater hassle to repack and send to you than the value of the refund-it's going to cost quite a bit to return. The crazing on this plate is significant and I am extremely disappointed to have not been made aware of it, used or not. I don't find your feedback to contain solid reasoning, but thank you anyway for reaching out.
