Hi. Idk how this occurred but the Athleta shirts have already been purchased and sent out. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. I really don’t know why they still show as available because they have shown as sold in my closet for several days. Apologies!

I am pretty new also. Yes. I would try to contact Poshmark. I’ve never had this happen and I don’t know what to do either. I’ll try to do some checking also. I really feel awful. I’ve gotten 5 stars in all my sales! I really want to take care of my customers.

I just marked the order as "accidental order" and cancelled it. I just got a message saying the money was refunded, so I think we're good.
