jacaranda1831 @mariaobx When you downloaded the PM app that should connect you to all that goes on. There are some differences in I-devices and pc's, just under different headings etc. On the news feed there should be announcements for posh parties for the next day. They also announce special shipping for items if you reduce listing price by 10%, lots of restrictions.

jacaranda1831 @mariaobx Notice goes only to poshers who liked the item and they have to purchase at the cost reduced, and lower shipping is only available for one hour. Your best exposure is to share to the posh parties - 4 each day multiple times during the 2 hours. Goes to wide audience. When you share, it only goes to your followERS. Your stats show you have 2736 followERS. Parties puts your item to millions of poshers.

jacaranda1831 @mariaobx Look at your "My Posh Stats" and try to satisfy the minimum requirement to become Posh Ambassador [PA]. When that happened to me, blew me away. It was timing, just before Thanksgiving, with lots of out of state company etc, didn't really have time to address the 99+ followERS that were directed to my closet per day. PA welcomes new poshers etc. Really gets you grounded on all the rules and regulations fast.

jacaranda1831 @mariaobx Sorry I am sending so many different messages, if you go over 500 stokes, it will not send. Hate have to edit and retype. Go to Support and Help and read as much as you can. Still go there myself and only contact Support when I can't get issue resolved.

mariaobx @jacaranda1831 wow! Lots of great advice. Thanks! Makes sense, too. I was worried I was oversharing during parties...is there an amount of shares that is too much during the parties? From what I can see, the parties are flooded with shares and it doesn’t really look like you could over share.

jacaranda1831 @mariaobx Technical issue. Have helped new posher/s with show n tell by using my device in creating account. The referral portal was never available. When they mentioned IP address in tracking accounts, I totally get it.

jacaranda1831 @mariaobx There are a few poshers which we share bomb [aka sharing all] each other. I tell them I am playing an old arcade game asteroids. I like sharing in cluster of 3-4 with some time lapse between groups. Sharing one is like you really didn't look and you grab the first item in the first spot, often I search for things I really like. Have gone through some awesome closets, couldn't stop till I got to the end. Sharing is like advertising.

I didn’t want to model the clothes as first but some of them just need to be! 😂 In my career I’m in front of a lot of people and as silly as it is I don’t like to wear the same outfit too many times. Keeping up appearances I guess 💁🏼‍♀️ I’ve held onto a lot of things thinking I might wear them again and it’s time to let them go! This has also been way more fun than I first imagined. mariaobx @shay_russell When you share something, share the item you want next to it. So, I always share in order of what you see in my closet. Unless there is a Posh Party going on with specific items featured then I share those during that time. Then when I want them back in order I “share” them back into place. If you click the back arrow and then “my closet” it will take you to where you stopped sharing so you can fix something if needed.

mariaobx @shay_russell You cannot over share. So share as many times as needed to get items in order. In fact, you want to share your items and others as much as possible! That’s how to make more sales. Feel free to ask any other questions. Try what I mentioned above and see if it makes sense.

mariaobx @shay_russell Awesome! No problem! You’re right it can get time consuming if you have a lot of listings. What you want out of it is what you put into it, I guess. I have read that having at least 10-15 items increases your traffic though so you have better chances at sales. There is a lot of great info in the comments above from experienced Poshers. I’ve found lots of info in the frequently asked questions area.

mariaobx @lanajrussell I’m no expert, but if it were me I’d slowly add in more. Maybe an item or 2 a day. Then you always have new items which might get you more traffic. Poshmark randomly highlights closet across the top of the news feed that have new listings. So it could potentially get you highlighted more if you added in slowly. You already have a lot listed, which is good, but no need to do the other 100 at once. Hope this helps!

mariaobx @rnmom72668 hi there! Most used items are marked at around 60% off. If the item is rare, in near near or new condition you could price around 50% off. Or if there are a few defects or you want to move the item, price around 70% off. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions! 😄

mariaobx @sherid10 Hello! Yes, there is a quick way to share. Tap the item you want to share, there will be a square with an up arrow in it on the top right side of the screen. Tap that, a screen will appear at the bottom with some options, tap share item. That’s it! Sharing is the best way to increase sales because in turn that person will share your item (usually) and you’ll get more exposure. Hope his helps and let me know if you have any other questions! mariaobx @sherid10 def read your guide to Poshmark, everything in Poshmark support center and FAQ is helpful, too. Sharing others items is the best way to get exposure because they in turn share and their followers see your listings. But don’t forget to share your closet, too. Once you meet the criteria to be a Posh Ambassdor then you get access to the wholesale portal. You could also buy from your own wholesale sources and list items for sale on PM. Then you could be a “boutique.”

mariaobx @sherid10 the status to be an ambassador. To gain followers the best way is to follow as many people as you can. If you follow 10 people and 5 follow back that’s better than nothing. Sharing to the themed parties is good because you’ll have more exposure there as well.
