Hi again, I feel so horrible, but I have to tell you that I cannot find the pink doll earrings here anywhere, after literally searching for hours. I'm not sure how my inventory numbers can be off, I should have 1 pair left, but cannot find them :( I can cancel your order, or replace them with another pair from my page. I am SO VERY TERRIBLY SORRY for this, truly, it's never happened before. Please let me know what you would like to do about this unfortunate situation.

Hello I was confused by your rating originally you gave me 4 stars and then just recently changed it to 1?. Item was perfect and you said there was a hole I was completely unaware of that and there's nothing else wrong with it why would you give me such a bad rating I don't understand could you please tell me what your feelings on this subject are

Not only is there a hole....the seam is stretched and separating. I fear one wash and wear it will come apart. I will take it to m y seamstress to strengthen the seam, but, would appreciate $15 reimbursed to cover the repoairs.

That's basically the same price to you as your two separate offers, but more of it is to me for the purchase price versus for shipping charges
