brookeanne487 I’m sorry you we’re not happy with the Navajo Pendant. 3 methods of measurement(next to a dime, alongside a tape measure and an approximate weight) to help convey the size. If this isn’t sufficient, please advise with your recommendation of something that would help. I can always clean the item further but I stick with a mild cleaning per instructions from most professional jewelers. I have over 200 reviews at a 4.9 rating but I’m always looking for ways to improve.
