blessedskw Hi Maria, I noticed when I took the brown furry vest off the hanger to get it ready to mail to you that the belts are coming loose. It is like a plastic or vinyl fabric where the brown layer of the belts are coming loose from the black layer underneath. Please let me know if you still want the vest with the belts in this condition or if you want me to cancel the sale. I am terribly sorry about this. The belts were fine when I listed the vest or I would have removed them.
