chrisyg0526 Hi! I just wanted to send you a quick message to let you know that I submitted a problem report about the tracking not updating on the Cassie you purchased! I dropped it in the mail on Saturday and I’m not sure why it hasn’t started tracking yet! I shipped another item at the same time that isn’t tracking either so I’m hoping it’s just a delay at the post office! I’ll let you know as soon as I get an update. I apologize for the delay!

chrisyg0526 @msargiov09 Hi! I just wanted to give you a quick update on your Cassie. I received a response to my email I sent. This is what it said.... Thanks for your email. We are sorry to hear that USPS has not updated the tracking information for your order. It is likely that USPS made an error or is experiencing delays, and the package may take a couple extra days for it to begin tracking. If tracking does not update by August 28th, please reach back out to us for further assistance.
