Hi Maria! I just saw your review about the Ralph Lauren oxford. I just want to let you know that the shirt was washed, steamed and I even do smell checks before I pack the clothing up. We are also a smoke free household. Sometimes the package is handled by USPS workers that are smokers and the smell can transfer (I know because I’m an ex-smoker). Anyway, I just wanted to apologize for the item not arriving in better condition. Hopefully you will still be able to get some wear out of it 😊
