islajewwl hi. I do want to accept the offer for the dress just a couple questions.Its not a wrap and tie dress is it? Also where does the hem fall to? and the most important thing I have to get this no later than Monday evening I can pay extra for shipping but I need it for a company meeting in FL and my flight leaves at 454am Tuesday from Norfolk Virginia is this even possible for you?
