lobstertuxedo Hey there! I just wanted to say thank you for the feedback; I’ll use it to improve for the future. :) My packages are shipped through Office Depot, so it’s likely the box crushing happened there. That’s really disappointing and I apologize for that. In the future I will use a UPS office I’ve had better luck with and add additional packing paper. I hope you enjoy the highlighter! :)
