xtinascottsdale @mf7471055 Hi Maria, I was getting the sandals ready to wrap and package. I noticed a small mark on the heel strap due to storing. I apologize as I listed these a yr ago and not sure how the mark happened. Would u like me to forward your purchase or contact Poshmark to refund your money? I don’t want to send u this item as it has been altered from the listing....unless u still want me to send u the sandals. Pls contact me ASAP so I can get them in the mail

xtinascottsdale Hi Maria, I haven’t heard back from you yet. If I don’t hear from you today, Wed, then I will contact Poshmark to refund your money and cancel the transaction. I don’t want to send you an item that has been damaged, and not disclosed to exactly as expected . I’m very sorry for any inconvenience as I wasn’t aware of the the add’l marks until I pulled the shoes out to package for shipping. I take pride in my inventory and refuse to send out an item different than described in my listing.
