sinistra11 @pursegirl350 i just received the bag and the scratches on all the edges are quite noticeable. On Two of the corners the scratches are significant that it’s no longer blue and on a third the scratch goes onto the side of the bag. Were these the defects they were notifying you about? I wish I would’ve received those.

pursegirl350 @sinistra11 hi, yes. They took photos and sent them to me. I’m not sure how that is when item was not used and when I took the pictures they weren’t there? But I’m more than happy to accept it if you are returning it. I think Posh has a 3 days buyer return policy. I’m sorry about this. Truly not sure what happened with this bag. I’ve never experienced this before and this bag was purchased from Coach boutique. If you return it I’ll take it to Coach for repair.
