I cleaned it yesterday and this morning to see if it was something I could fix, but it’s noticeable. I’m not going to ship it until you see what it now looks like. loveatpursesite Hello again, Just measured the bag (to be sure) and the Total strap length is 42 inches ( with 4 adjustable holes on either side ) and can be worn over the shoulder or crossbody, Hope info is helpful..
