@allyhoop3 hi, my address is correct, it is possible that the carrier didn’t have an access code to the building, but usps usually does have access because they leave packages at my apartment door, so not sure what happened. Maybe because of the amount they required a signature? If they couldn’t access I assume they will retry?

@shopmycloset816 Yes, I think they would retry. Maybe it was late Saturday on a holiday weekend and no one was there. Since it was shipped directly from Posh, I am not sure if a signature is required. Hopefully they will try to deliver again today!

@shopmycloset816 Tried to file a claim, but I needed your address. Since the package was sent from Authentication in California, I don’t have access to that information. I sent a message to Posh to get their help. Stay tuned

@shopmycloset816 Posh sent an email and they seem to think it is at the Post Office and that they forgot to notify you properly. They said they would be reaching out to you- so check your messages and email to see what they have to say

@shopmycloset816 Posh seemed to think that USPS forgot to leave a notice and that you should go to the Post Office to pick it up. So, I have never done this without a notice, but maybe you give them your address? Just guessing here and trying to help. I am so sorry about this 🤦🏻♀️. This is the nicest thing I have ever sold and have never had a problem like this ($15 Taylor Swift shoelaces arrived just fine)............

@allyhoop3 I will contact Posh and see what they think I should do, I am happy to go the post office if that’s the recommended process but not even sure which one? Let me see what posh wants me to do...I hope they did not lose it, I really really wanted it ;(

@allyhoop3 posh responded what they said to you except they assumed I had a notice from USPs which I don’t have. They haven’t responded since I clarified that. I am on the usps customer service waitlist, they are supposed to call me back today. I will ask them what their records say because I don’t want to just show up at the post office without a notice if I don’t even know if in fact they are holding the package and where it is. This has never happened to me either.

@allyhoop3 I spoke to usps and while they couldn’t tell me why they scanned the package that way and made no attempts to deliver since, they left a note in the system for the carrier to attempt redelivery on Monday. I will be home all day and asked that they call me if they have any issues with access.

@allyhoop3 well...USPs already came and went and delivered another package (one of my packages from Nordstrom), and not this one...I’ll keep waiting til end of day, otherwise will likely need to contact Posh again. It’s still early so I am hoping a different carrier may bring the other package later, but usually they don’t come to the building more than once a day.

@shopmycloset816 Well heck- not what I wanted to hear. I just heard back from my weekend Posh e-mail. They are “escalating “ the case and will work to try and find the package. So maybe between the two, something will happen soon!!

@allyhoop3 I also emailed Posh last night letting them know I asked for a redelivery but usps never showed up to deliver. Not sure what else to do here. I may call them back to figure out why they didn’t come as scheduled but this is starting to look like they lost the package.

@shopmycloset816 I just emailed Posh again. Used a lot of ALL CAPS hoping to get someone's attention. I don't think there is a number I can call, but I am going to try and hunt one down. It has been almost 2 weeks since they mailed the package from Authentication.

@allyhoop3 I noticed that too and put it on my email to them last night. Tracking hasn’t updated for this long, clearly something is wrong, and usps doesn’t seem to know where the package is.

Well...now I’m really worried. I had signed up to receive text updates about the package and this am I got a text that says delivered, on 05/25 “left with individual”. I don’t know why I would get a text like that days later when I haven’t yet received this. Did posh respond??

@shopmycloset816 Oh my goodness. When I looked at the tracking just now it says delivered today- June 3rd. Is there any chance that is the case (are you home)? Posh has not responded to my email yesterday- they say they respond in 24 hours.

@allyhoop3 I have been home all day, checked my mailbox too and nothing. Also if the tracking says delivered today that conflicts with the text message I got that says delivered on 5/25...I don’t know what is going on but I will contact Posh again.

I’ve contacted Posh, sent them a copy of the message I received today stating delivery to some individual on 5/25 which conflicts with the tracking on Posh saying delivery today, which it also wasn’t. I haven’t left home all day. This is ridiculous.

@shopmycloset816 I totally agree and I think the real problem is USPS- although not being able to talk to someone at Posh is also frustrating. I found a number for them, but it was only a recording and when I tried to leave a message “voicemail box is full “. I think it is very odd that the tracking information changed. I have one last hope that it will be delivered today. I will also keep you posted if I hear anything from Posh

@shopmycloset816 I just got an email from Posh that they had heard from you (not sure about my past 5 emails...) and they seem to finally understand what is going on. They want to wait a couple more days, per the email, to see if it turns up. Is that what you understand?

@allyhoop3 they just responded, asked me to keep checking and to respond back to Posh if I have not received the package by Monday June 8. Posh said they do have a process in place if I don’t receive it by then. So..I will do as instructed, will keep checking every day. I am working from home these days so there really is no way I could miss them.

@shopmycloset816 I meant to message you earlier today but got sidetracked. I also knew you would have let me know. It is very irritating about the Post Office just marking as delivered and moving on. Posh will give you your money back for sure. I am so sorry this happened, but at least it was from the Posh mailing. We know it go to Posh! Let me know if I need to do anything further. I am sad.....
