anelson4131 Hi! I wanted to update you that I took your items (snow boots and 2 pairs of flats) to the pair office the same day your ordered them. Unfortunately the items still have not been scanned by the post office for outgoing shipment. I have been having this issue with every package I dropped off on different days last week. I found out due to COVID my post office is short staffed and they are very behind in shipping items out. I apologize for the delay.
