masha_basile @susan1016 Hi, Susan Happy holidays, sorry I just got around to checking the message. I was able to reach out to Poshmark who reached out to the USPS last week, and they said they made a mistake so you should be getting the shipment in the next day or two. Please, keep me posted Maria

susan1016 Hi I still haven’t received the bag yet. Do you have any new tracking # or information? I am going to have to file a claim with Poshmark as it’s been 10 days.

masha_basile @susan1016 You should. I have reported it to Poshmark team on Friday, but haven’t heard anything from them since. I hope they are investigating, but no new tracking number was generated.
