I am truly shocked that you are falsely claiming that the Louis Vuitton Bag I just sold you at a ROCK BOTTOM price is “not as advertised”. Baloney!! I was very upfront about the pen marks in the lining and not only had a picture posted I also called this out in the description saying “lots of pen marks in the interior”. The exterior is flawless and the interior can probably be cleaned. You got a HUGE bargain. Please send the bag back. Others BEWARE of this buyer.

@tresconejos I was not complaining about the pen marks inside the bag. I am fine with pen marks. You said that the exterior is in excellent condition and some scratches on the leather handle. I was so excited when I got home and the box was there. I opened the box and I checked the handle....some scratches as described but there is also a water stain on the corner of the handle and a tiny dent.

The water mark and dent were not included on your description nor included on the photos. I am new here and already encountered 2 sellers that tried to scam me. I am not a scammer and I and actually hate them. I share postings about scammers! I think you're the one that should be honest.

If you included the photo of the tiny dent and water mark....I wouldn't have made an offer to start with. If you're selling the bag again, please include the water stain and dent that way the buyer won't feel deceived!

@tresconejos by the way, I sent the photos of the water mark and tiny dent. You can use those for your next listing of the bag. I would have kept the bag if it's only the pen marks...I even bought a LV artsy organizer from Amazon to cover the pen marks. Sorry it didn't work out. Hopefully, you'll find a buyer that doesn't mind water stain or tiny dent. Take care!

I am not aware of a water mark or dent on the handle? To my knowledge the only blemishes were the ones I described in the posting. I am very careful with what I sell and how I advertise. I have 39 “5 star” ratings and an overall 5 star average and have never had any issues. Please go ahead and send the bag back. I will sell it to someone else if it does not meet your expectations. The price I gave you is extremely low.

@tresconejos there's no blemishes mentioned on your description nor the strand of comments you've provided to the potential buyers. I know this is not your purse..you've mentioned it belongs to your sister, maybe that is the reason you're not aware of it?

We have reviewed the case you submitted for order "Authentic Louis Vuitton Artsy Large Tote Bag!". Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because:- item as described. I don't get it!. Not sure if they just want their cut from your sale but that's not right.

@tresconejos Prior email they sent me - Would you be willing to accept the order if we provided you with $50 in Posh Credit? This means that you can keep the order in addition to receiving Posh Credits which can be used towards a future Poshmark purchase.. When I chose refuse ...then the next email says my return request was denied. I'll try to call them. Sorry for venting 😞.

@tresconejos have you heard from Poshmark regarding my return? They are not responding to my emails and I called their phone number but it's only a recording. No customer service - all request must be done via email. I'm about ready to report them to Better Business Bureau.
