@modestmadness I received the bows today and the burnt orange color was NOT included. Instead I recieved TWO PINK bows. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, given that the 3 I absolutely wanted were the olive, dijon, and burnt orange... How can we remedy this situation?

@mtvega1 hello, after looking for the other color I’m afraid i have sold out of the burnt orange. This is probably why you were sent the other color by mistake. I understand any frustration or inconvenience, therefore you are more than welcome to receive a full refund from poshmark upon me receiving back the bows. Kindly note you did get a discounted price.
