ilyanab l apologize for this mistake. looks like we switched shipping labels. And you will receive wrong item. here's information I found online how to handle this situation 1 Select your Account Tab (@username) 2 Select My Purchases. 3 Select your order. 4 Select Problems/Order Inquiry. 5 Select Order Not as Described. 6 Select a reason for the return. 7 Add images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return. 8 Select Submit.
