Hi i just received your feedback about the purse. The purse came directly from Coach and was still in the packaging as in the picture. It has never been opened except to take pictures. The items I sell if listed brand new are brand new. If you are ever unsatisfied with an item you can always return it. Im confused as to why you did not do that rather than wash it.

@shereesresale Hi, I didn’t return it because the person to whom I gave the bag as a gift really loves the colour combination so I just deal with the smell. I tried to find the origin of the odour and I believe it’s coming from those papers inserted in the bag.

@mjobelc okay gottcha. It came like that from Coach. I dont too much open it anymore than to take pictures so i didn't notice a smell. Ill have to check the black one i have to see if it has an odor. Im sorry you are not satisfied.
