Hello, I am the seller of the Jimmy Choo red patent shoes that you purchased - I have been carefully tracking the progress of the package on usps.com, it appears that it was attempted to be delivered today but they could not get access to the delivery point. I wanted you to know that I did NOT require a signature, so I do not know why it was unable to be delivered today. They will attempt to deliver it again tomorrow. Please let me know when it arrives safely, thank you.

Hi Maria: thank you so much for following up. I appreciate your attention to the receipt of my order. It is nothing your end. The mailboxes in my building are currently not secure so the Post Office won’t deliver to my building. I have to now go down to the main post office to pick up my mail. That will happen tomorrow to give the mail carrier time to process it there. Will keep you posted on my pick up.
