@mcalderon111 Hi, In the same area where you tap your closet, scroll down to balance and it will show your payments from Poshmark. Once your sales show complete (tap on sales) it will show on balance (prior to order complete it shows pending). The monies are held by Poshmark until you request a payment from them.

@mcalderon111 When you go into the balance you can tap the balance arrow and it will take you to redeem by check or bank direct deposit. Hope this makes sense.

@mcalderon111 You are so welcome. Yes, the buyer has 3 days to accept; if it's not accepted by the 3rd day Poshmark completes the order. If you have other questions I'm happy to try and help.😊

@dorenratcliff Hello, how can I refund a posh marker buyer? the same buyer purchased Tarot Card twice for price of $28 and $26. I shipped out the $28. I would like to refund her the $28. Please advise.

@dorenratcliff I'm not sure how she purchased both. She asked if I can cancel one. The shipping label I used was for $28. I told her I will refund the one for $28. She made offer for $26. Not sure how this happened.

@mcalderon111 Tap your @(bottom right corner) where you go into your closet etc. scroll down to Poshmark support center and message them. They will get back to you usually in 24 hours. Just message the buyer and tell them you have contacted Poshmark for help in the matter. Hope this helps 😊

@dorenratcliff thank you :) I told an item. It's a EMF protection. I went to the post office with it unbox because I thought they had bubble wrapping paper which they didn't. I explained it was EMF protection seemed like the post office lady had no clue. She told me no and to go to Fedex. That's why I was asking. But I got bubble wrapping paper and this time I'm going to go to post office packed. Question. The buyer hasn't accepted my sold item. Do I ship it after they accept?
