m_tayao @loveaffair13 i know! this is so stupid, your money is on hold with them and my purse is with them too! i sent them an email yesterday and the day before but i haven’t gotten any response! ugh 😩 im so pissed, can you also try leave them a voice mail i believe they have a phone number that you can leave a msg too.
