elliana7810 hi... I'm so sorry for the delay in shipping! was trying to find the jar which I did but my mom actually tried the eye cream about 3 times or so she said. it was at her house. guess she didnt realize I was selling it? lol I dunno but just wanted to be honest. it's still a full product, just tested a few times. let me know if that's okay and I'll ship but if not I'll refund u.

julydill2 @elliana7810 I still want it if it is in fact a full jar. If u wanna refund me a few bucks or if u have any more barely tested jars of Grady face creams that I could buy at a good price that would make me a little happier

elliana7810 @julydill2 I don't have other Grady products but literally it was only used like 3 times very little. but I'll include some skincare samples if that works... I just dont think there is a way to refund a few bucks unless refund the entire sale and repurchase. but like I said, probably can't even tell it was tried out. still a full product

elliana7810 @julydill2 that's fine that u report me. am I suppose to be upset or something? U know, all u had to do was request a refund. not a huge deal. have no problem with a return. don't have to freak out & assume the worst intentions were at hand when it was just a situation ur unhappy with. rather than freak & report a honest error, u can actually request a refund no issue. problem solved. no drama needed. no issue if u were unhappy. don't need to loose it like the world is out to get u

elliana7810 @julydill2 didn't even try and resolve the issue. went right to mean girl status. that I don't have patience for. sorry your unhappy. would have been happy to accept a return if requested. instead you just went right to being a "mean girl" without giving an opportunity to fix it for u. should try and be a kinder person and give people a chance before loosing it. just sayin.
