sccapparelnc I tried to reach out to you earlier regarding your order/rating. I don't understand why you only give me 4 stars? The item was exactly as described, BNWT & in the size you ordered. According to your feed back, the vest was 'too big', however, it was a size small & that is the smallest they come & again, the size you ordered...
