luvlypieces hello, im sorry I failed to thoroughly inspect the boots I apologize for the missing insole, I didn't realize it was missing one. I'm not home but when I get home I can check if it was left behind with other shoes and I can mail it to you if I find it I'll pay for shipping. sorry again.
