paulineclh Hi kmariah, I recently purchased some masks from you but did not receive the correct ones. I attempted to reach out via the Poshmark returns feature and I believe you stated that I can return the incorrect masks and you would send me the correct ones. Is that right?

kmariah139 @paulineclh Hi Pauline, I’d stick with posh procedures in regard to this matter. Since you received two of the same color instead of one of each and since this is a bundle, Please return all and repurchase as suggested by posh representative. Thank you.

paulineclh Well… prior to receiving the message from Poshmark saying that we could not do the exchange and from your message saying I can send back the incorrect masks I washed the other masks which were correct. So unfortunately I can not send all the masks back.
