tt433tt @mariamgmz yay! The hinge on my old pillbox broke so I took it to Tiffanys for repair. they were unable to fix it and, voila! they sent me this brand spanking new one. It has all the original packaging - Tiffany’s mailing box, tissue paper, ribbon, blue box and pouch 😘👌🏼

bazaarstylist I just received an email stating the earrings didn't match the description and I went ballistic on Poshmark because they are 100% authentic. I even sent them the Tiffany's paperwork. And I figured out what must not match the description. I used the Tiffany's description from where a boyfriend purchased them for me which stated the total gram weight totally forgetting to subtract the weight of the missing briolette. Thus the gram weight is 3.6 instead of 4.1. I am so sorry. Do you still want them

bazaarstylist Not as of yet because I chewed them out so much and told them to send me the credentials of their authenticators because they didn't know shit. And then proceeded to tell them that I didn't take ruining my reputation lightly. Whoops! Open mouth insert foot. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them. They are probably flipping a coin as to who has to reply back to me. I just took it the wrong way when they sent the email and didn't state why. I thought they meant they weren't real.

I sent an apology email but told them it was appropriate for them to be specific as to what didn't match in their emails. I told them you wanted to proceed with the sale and that they could email you to ask so I don't know who of us will hear from them first. But I will let you know as soon as I hear.

bazaarstylist @mariamgmz I still haven't heard anything from them. It is as if they do not read their emails. Try emailing them at Poshmark its orders at poshmark dot com referencing order number 614a844f37f939ae250863c3 informing them that you do want to move forward with the sale because included in their generic email was a statement that they were mailing them back to me with a USPS tracking number showing they were shipping them to an old address of mine. I checked tracking and they have not left Poshma

bazaarstylist OMG I just looked at the shipping information on the label Poshmark created and they only insured the package for $100. Have they utterly lost their minds? They have the Tiffany & Co. paperwork in their hands and they only insured them for $100. I was checking to see if there was any way to intercept the package but Poshmark would have to do so. Never in my life have I dealt with a company who took such costly actions so quickly. I hope you are having a good morning!

mariamgmz @bazaarstylist omg they probably just started the process to send them back as soon as they emailed us that they were canceling the order … I’m so sorry about all the issues but if it helps I had a package that never got delivered and they refunded both me n the seller since USPS tends to drop the ball when packages just stop tracking But I hope that they are still forwarding the mail to you from your previous address.. I’m so sorry this has been a headache for you

bazaarstylist @mariamgmz They do not forward anything to me from my old address package wise. They actually steal the package and sign my name to the courier. It is illegal but I cannot get the police to act on it. It is no big deal if we have to do another transaction. My first priority is customer service and making sure the customer is happy with their purchase. I know USPS is the absolute worst with packages. No headache I am just glad we had a way to communicate through this whole ordeal!

bazaarstylist Wouldn't you know Poshmark ignored my 5 emails and your email and proceeded to shipping the earrings to my old address yesterday at 3:09 pm. I have spoken to USPS but nothing that they say they are going to do can ever be trusted. I put in a change of address form but I have never had any packages forwarded by USPS. Fingers crossed that they intercept the package and deliver it to my new address. It is supposed to arrive at my old address on Friday so I will update you as to what happens.

They said they ignored the piece of paper I had in the box for you apologizing for the delay because I was moving the prior week and sent it to the old address they had on file for me. bazaarstylist to my new carrier. I checked tracking and sure enough they tried to deliver them today to my old address. Thank goodness nobody was there who forged my signature. I have been calling the post office but all it does is ring busy for the past 3 hours. Ugh! Just wanted to give you an update.

mariamgmz @bazaarstylist oh no .. they should make sure they get a reply from ppl before “closing the case” and sending things back Maybe you can pick it up directly from the main Usps that tried to deliver your package and say you were not there to receive it because you moved and see if they can release it to you The carrier usually get back to the station close to the closing time and hopefully the package is back there and you can get it back

bazaarstylist @mariamgmz Once I do get them back do you want to repeat the same process or use a less risky way to ensure you get them where we are both protected. I cannot get over the fact that Poshmark only insures items for up to $100 despite the value of the item being $2425 minus the missing briolette. They should at least insure it for the amount of the sale. Dealing with a lost package is an absolute nightmare. Just something to think about. I will leave it entirely up to you.
