saarelaalysia @zkclothez Hi doll I just wanted you to know that I sent off your package 5 days ago at a UPS store location and I am going there personally to find out why it is not tracking. I have a receipt to verify that I did drop this off 5 days ago. I sincerely apologize and as soon as I know what's going on I will update you thank you.

saarelaalysia ok no worries your Jacquemus bag has been.on the way. I was told usps in my area is experiencing 1 to 3 week delays.

saarelaalysia @malinkemoussou because it's a usps tracking number. I dropped it off at a UPS location which accepts USPS packages. I'm still trying to figure out how 3 packages disappeared. I'm doing everything I can I promise you. I'm am very upset about this.
