marianacorrea @sarahbianca Hi Sarah! I am so sorry, I honestly didn't even realize there was an additional strap but now I see it in the pictures. To be honest, when I purchased this bag off the shelf they didn't give me an additional strap at Aldo. It came with everything as shown in the photos I took of my purse. The tags are in the side pocket, so you can see it's authentic. I completely understand if you want to return this item to me! I'm so sorry for the confusion!
