@ee1941 I’m very sorry to hear this. I used the label from Poshmark and don’t remember the address printed on it. But it said delivered. Unfortunately I have no control over this aspect. You can contact customer service for support and they should be able to help you further

Got the problem solved. Package has been sent to my 2nd home in TN. No one there, a neighbor retrieved it. Won’t get to see the dress for couple of months.🙈
At least it’s not lost. Sorry for the confusion.
