1lety1 @mflafontaine yeah this has happened before they never scan it but when its delivered tracking number just updates to delivered ...right now tracking number on the usps app its saying that it will be delivered today by 8pm ..you can check if you have the usps app

kle12345 Hi Marianne... just realized the box I have been storing these in were for another pair of UGG Boots, so technically they are not new in their own box, the are new in another pair of boots I own box! I just realized this as I was packing up. I want to allow you to cancel the order if you would like due to to the misrepresentation.
