@mrx4 yes, all communication should be done through the app. There are scammers who try to get you to send items before they pay or will ask for payment for items and never ship. Just decline. 😊 Poshmark protects you and your items and money when you use the app.

@mrx4 hello! The seller pays standard 6.49 shipping for items up to 5 pounds. You are always able to offer a shipping discount, though, as long as you offer a 10% “offer” discount. 😊

@emibarb one of my items is listed as sold but I didn’t initiate a sale- also when I go to edit the item it says it can’t be edited. Any advice?
