@ginger99967 I am sorry your item came with a smell. I have never smoked. In Fact my mom lives with me Stage 4 Lung Cancer! I would never touch that garbage. It did NOT leave my home with oxygen tanks smelling of smoke.

I am worried it will take forever for me to get you your money otherwise and I want you to have what you are entitled to quickly. It costs me more in commission but it doesn’t matter to me right now. 100% of the proceeds are going to our local food pantry. @ginger99967 hello! I am so sorry that the item was in fact NOT in excellent condition- a huge mistake on my part and I apologize. I asked poshmark to refund you fully. Please keep the items, especially if you like the sweater. I don’t want you to have to return something that you like when you are keeping the money either way. It’s a pain for you. Happy holidays.

@alexahuttner I just want you to know that they charged me for the order of the metallic jacket that was severely damaged and the pullover. Customer Service told me that I had to ship it back despite your telling me to keep it and I had already sent it out for repair.

@ginger99967 I’m so sorry! When a case is opened Posh is in charge of making the final decision. They took what you wrote in the case and read what I wrote and made a decision. When opened, cases are solved through poshmark and so even though I told you to keep it, poshmark is the final decision maker when a case is opened.

@ginger99967 my strategy? I’m pretty sure I was accommodating and answered your case in the best way possible. I told you to keep the money and the items. You opened a case with poshmark and poshmark solved. No strategy here. I would’ve bought the items back from you.

@alexahuttner why would Poshmark overrule what a seller says. They don’t own the clothes to begin with.

@ginger99967 no, you are right, but when you open a case, the seller loses control over everything and has to do whatever poshmark requests. In this case, they requested that you send back the item in order for a refund even though I said otherwise. There’s nothing I can do when you involve corporate instead of dealing with me directly.

@ginger99967 I wish there was something that I could do. It’s really not a win for anyone because at the end of the day you are still upset and that’s not right either. Please just know that I did what I thought would benefit you and ultimately it is not up to the seller when a case is opened.
