lmoolson Hi Marianne! I am so sorry about the miscommunication in my ad for the coach boots. Totally my mistake! I thought the boots were a size 8. Unfortunately I do not have any other boots in this color. I was selling them as a mismatched pair as they are. ONE red shoe and ONE ivory. They came like that in a lot of shoes that I am re-selling. I should have been more specific.

lmoolson There are a few options to resolve this. You can check my closet and see if there is any other option you would like me to send at no cost? (Or 2.) I do have another pair of coach boots but they are black. The left she is a size 8 1/2 on the right shoe is a size 9. I'm in the business of selling mismatched shoes! Again I'm very sorry for your disappointment and I hope there's a way we can resolve this. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Leann

mst8162gmail @lmoolson This is hugely disappointing. I never have a use for, nor would ever wear mismatched boots of different colors. This should have been clearly identified in BOLD PRINT. The correct actual size should also been correctly identified in description. I will return mismatched boots (which not clearly identified in your description), also are a complete size different than stated size in your description. This is upsetting & unacceptable. I will be returning them expecting full refund.
