maryberi @_gypsygirl Hi gypsy girl I have a question for you. I just sent a pair of shoes off, Fluevog’s. They were in perfect shape worn maybe twice and sell for twice as much money as mine were on the secondary market. (The Fluevog website has its own exchange.people that collect this brand like me can buy them from others) anyways they were wrapped beautifully great condition sent off and I only got four out of five stars. What does this mean?

_gypsygirl @maryberi HI! Honestly, my guess is that the buyer just didn’t like them for some reason. Sometimes you’ll find people will rate lower based on things the seller can’t control. For instance, I’ve gotten lower ratings because an item did not fit the way they expected. You can always reach out to the buyer and ask if there was something wrong or why they didn’t give 5 stars!!

_gypsygirl @maryberi I would go under your sales and find that order. Click on the buyers name, then once on their closet, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right hand corner. That brings you to your bundle with that buyer. You can ask the buyer in a private conversation there!
