Now that I have to take legal action toward the case. I’ve contacted the postal service and the package was indeed delivered to your address.

harbourwind Hi Maribel, this is Bill from @harbourwind. You purchased the Kenneth Cole Boots a few weeks ago and they somehow never started tracking online. I received an email from posh inquiring about the shipment which we had long dropped off. I immediately went to the USPS and asked for an investigation. They found the shipment last week and returned it back to us today. I am personally repackaging the boots and delivering them in person to the USPS tomorrow morning and having the label scanned.
