jmroby @maribel17_ You can cancel an offer anytime as long as the seller hasn't accepted it. Just select the offer and then there should be a way to cancel under the help button

jmroby @maribel17_ Yes the seller is charged 6.49 on top of the listing price for shipping. The only time you have to pay for shipping is if the item is over 5 pounds, in which case you have to pay for the overage

jmroby @maribel17_ You can print the paper at home. And actually you can schedule for the post office to pick up the package free of charge when they deliver your mail (on the usps website)!
